Payment Due Policy for DRIVEO Purchases and Services


All payments for any purchases made through DRIVEO — including Vehicle Essentials, Roadside Assistance (RSA) services, and Battery services — must be completed within 7 days from the date of purchase or service order.

Failure to complete payment within this period may result in service disruption, delay in order processing, or suspension of related benefits until payment is settled.

This payment policy applies to all DRIVEO users in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.
